Studio Use Waiver of Liability
Studio user assumes the risk of loss, damage or destruction of any and all equipment, supplies, artworks, or other properties in the studio space. Studio user shall be responsible for any personal injury or property damage to resident or third party arising out of or in connection with Studio user's use of Studio Space. Studio user agree to make no claim against, and to indemnify and hold harmless Studio Space Arlington, GlenDeer Holdings, Inc., GlenDeer Commercial, LLC, their officers, directors, and employees from any claim by studio user or any third party for personal injury or property damage arising out of or in connection with Studio user uses of the studio space.
Studio user and persons invited by user shall, at all time, comply with all Federal, State and local statutes, regulations ordinances and other laws and SSA rules and policy while in the Studio Space, and to cover Studio user's potential liability for personal injury or property damage under term of lease and during use of studio. This agreement is in force for current and all future uses until both parties agree to change in writing.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Please consider that we reserve the studio facility to only one client at a time. Once we reserve specific studio time for you, we have to turn down other clients that might need that time. When the reservation has been complete (i.e. we email or text you the reservation confirmation), it is then considered non-refundable.
Reschedule: Please give us the written notice (e-mail) at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session date. If the 2nd appointment time that was made is cancelled for any reason, Studio Space Arlington reserves the right to not make any further appointments and the client will loose the payment made.
If you cancel or reschedule less than 48 hours before the session time, or do not appear for the session, Studio Space Arlington reserves the right to not make any further appointments and the full payment is forfeited. You must pay a new Booking Fee in order to re-schedule a new session date/time.
